Zara has a dedicated focus on strategic development and supporting portfolio companies in key value creation initiatives.

Prior to joining Bonaccord, Zara worked in Investor Relations at Motive Partners where she also spent time as an Adviser for their portfolio company, With Intelligence, supporting their expansion in the Middle East. Prior to that, she was Principal at Triago and before that, a Vice President at BlackRock London, where she spent seven years in their Institutional Client Business, working closely with pensions funds across the UK.
