Vincenzo has a dedicated focus on strategic development and supporting portfolio companies in key value creation initiatives spanning new product launch, capital formation, operational improvement, and human capital management. Vincenzo will lead capital formation initiatives in Europe in support of our partner sponsors. He brings over 20 years of experience in alternative investments, both as a limited partner and as an investor relations professional. Prior to joining Bonaccord, he was a Partner and Head of Investor Relations at Earlybird, and previously he was a Managing Director with The Carlyle Group and The Rhone Group, based in London. Earlier in his career, he served as the Global Head of Private Markets at UBS (International), as the Head of Private Equity at UBP, and held senior investment professional positions at Swiss Re and Adveq (Schroders). Vincenzo holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Business in Sweden and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of Milan in Italy.
