Phil focuses on investment due diligence, reporting, and monitoring of portfolio companies' financial performance.

Prior to joining Bonaccord, Phil was an Associate in the Valuations group at Charlesbank Capital Partners, primarily focused on valuations and portfolio analytics within the Flagship buyout strategy. Previously, Phil worked as a Valuations Analyst at HarbourVest Partners, focused on primary, secondary, and co-investment programs.

Phil earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
