Paolo Damu is a member of the Value Creation team at Bonaccord Capital Partners, where he focuses on supporting the firm's partner sponsors across talent management, technology, and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Bonaccord, Paolo was a consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised alternative asset managers on firm strategy, organizational effectiveness, technology, and operational improvement. He was a member of Bain's Firm Strategy & Operations and Private Equity practices, supporting leading private markets firms across a range of strategic and value creation initiatives. 

Paolo holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering.
