Mac specializes in financial modeling, due diligence, and the execution of new investments.

Before joining Bonaccord, Mac was a Senior Associate at Goldman Sachs (Petershill) in New York, where she helped lead execution across a broad range of GP stakes transactions. Previously, she was an Investment Banking Associate on the Global Technology team at Morgan Stanley in Menlo Park, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions across the semi-conductor, internet, software, and clean tech sectors. She began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst on the Global Power & Utilities team at Morgan Stanley, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt and equity financings for regulated utility, merchant generation, and renewable energy clients.

Mac earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French from Bucknell University, where she was also a walk-on member of the women’s Division I varsity soccer team.
