Charlotte has a dedicated focus on strategic development and supporting portfolio companies in key value creation initiatives spanning new product launch, capital formation, operational improvement, and human capital management.

Prior to joining Bonaccord, Charlotte was a Growth Investor on the Deal Origination team at PSG Equity, a B2B software and tech-focused growth equity firm in Boston. Charlotte started her career as an Investment Analyst at Spectrum Equity, a Boston-based software-focused growth equity firm.

Charlotte earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in English and minors in Chinese and Economics from Georgetown University.
